I have had my Tungsten C for about a year, and for some reason I can't get it to hot sink. I went on line and found that I either had to jump through many hoops to get e-mail type support or I had to pay for immediate help. I am fearful that I have already paid almost well over $300 for the palm and I might have to pay for technical support that will tell me I have to buy a new cradle or have my palm repaired. This is getting expensive. Where is the support?
