"This product sucks"
Pros: Screen resolution and ease of use
Cons: Stops working after a few months.
Summary: I received this as a gift and after only 3 months it just stopped working. Check out the palmone website and you will find many people have had similar problems.
Get a Dell or anything other than this piece of crap.

I bought a Tungsten E to replace an old black and white Palm which served me well for many years and could hold a charge for a month. What a disappointment. The color was pretty; the device was not. The enhanced graffiti is still slower for me to write -- maybe because I hardly use it. My Tungsten has no memory and very limited battery life. As soon as the battery runs out, which it does after I have put in two or three names or agenda items, there is no memory of anything and I have to start again, downloading from my computer and training the pointer. Palm is uninterested in the problems and say that I haven't charged the device enough! (I checked that, leaving it to charge for 24 hours: no difference.)
What a waste of $200 of my own money.
My advice to anyone else: don't touch it. The device is very unreliable and Palm will not help if you have a lemon. -
I have had this product for a long time and I think even over a year and I never have the device stop on me. I even use this as a MP3 player and use a 512MB SD card for my music and never had a problem. If so many people are having problems why am I not having problems.
Also I like the infrared sensor function. This is really good quality product for it's price -
I guess I should feel lucky I got 5 months of use before my Tungsten E stopped working. With a 3 month warranty you are just stuck.
