"I enjoy it and have had no problems"
Pros: The 21 was a replacement for an older Palm that died. I use it for the date book and addresses. I have never had any lost data and it stays in my left pants pocket. The cell phone is on my right side. No data loss when the phone vibrates or rings.
Cons: Nothing so far, I wanted something cheap and it does the job.

"Great price, not so good features."
Pros: Good price, and its never frozen up on me. And that's about it.
Cons: The screen, while crisp, is black and white, and extremely small. Only has 2 quick launch buttons. No 5-way nav pad. Did I mention the screen was small? You can barely see the calendar, and you can't color-code events. It also has a "mushy" feel to it. In

Cons: really poor quality - it resets itself frequently which causes data loss. hotline charges money to tell you that they dont support it.
