"Not a step-in model but a step-out one"
Pros: Nice, simple, rigid design
Cons: keeps resetting itself losing all its memory, which is totally unacceptable for a device intended to aid your memory

"Zire 21 resets near cell phones!"
Pros: It's a great buy for the price with all the entry-level functionality.
Cons: Wasted productivity and time entering contacts/addresses and schedules since the palm Zire 21 RESETS (kinda like formating) when 'certain' cell phones ring. And the phone was not even mine.

"Don't Forget To Memorize Your Info That You Put In"
Pros: Nice size, cute, thought was a handy product
Cons: After putting all my info in to the palm, I went to use it again and realized that ALL my data was gone and it acted like I had not ever used it before and had to set everything back up again.. Seems like others are having the same problem. So how can y

"Repeated data loss-I returned mine after 2 weeks"
Pros: Cheap.
Cons: It keeps resetting itself. When I called Palm to find out why, they said I should keep my cell phone at least 3 feet away from it. I don't think any cell phone user can do that. I returned it the next day. Terrible product, don't buy it!

"Unsupported data loss with cell phones"
Pros: Cheap, good feature set
Cons: Palm knows that the product loses all your data if placed near a cell phone & seems to think the solution is to not keep them together -- are they kidding? No replacement of fix offered!!!
