Pros: Cheap.
Cons: My brand new unit frequently resets for no reason, losing all of my data and applications. Now Palm keeps sending me to the retailer, and the retailer keeps sending me back to Palm...

Pros: It has all the basic funtions needed to get your life organized. Very affordable, so if it breaks just get a new one and move on; no whining required.
Cons: No backlight. So what?!

Pros: small, light, excellent battery life. I don't want a PDA to do every thing cause it does most poorly compared to dedicated hardware. If I want to play Mp3, I use a player. If I want photos, I use a digital camera.

Pros: Price, functionality, build, does exactly what I need it to do; My 3 year old Handspring Visor Deluxe recently started eating batteries like mad (new pair every 4-5 days) and Handspring wanted $99 to repair it, which seemed ridiculous. I plan on getting
Cons: None for my purposes...backlight would be nice but i rarely (almost never really) used the one on my Handspring anyway.

Pros: Small, light. The case seems sturdy. Screen is sharp. Feels like it will last. Syncs well with some, but not all Outlook functions. Too soon to rate reliability.
Cons: Replaced my Palm Vx which was an unreliable disaster. Support advice usually ends with "send money". Does not sync with email without 3rd party software (another $35). No backlight for screen. Hate to buy Palm again, but couldn't find anything else for
