"Product is ok when it works"
Pros: nice display. no problems with the battery life
Cons: if the product doesn't work, don't try going to palm to get the problem fixed. i sne tin my handheld and it was returned to me with the same problem. when i called back, the "customer service" rep (if you can call it that) told me that i would have to p
