"Nice features. Reliability & Service worst I have ever seen"
Pros: Nice features, Palm friendly easy to use. Attractive. If you want a pda this is great, if it works.

"Huge Bug -- Palm One will not fix"
Pros: Nice display, camera, and memory card support.
