"Wanna save $299.99? Read on..."
Pros: Nice features:MP3,Camera,Video Playback etc.
Cons: Nine Months later... No nice features. No MP3,Camera,Video Playback, nothing. Why? Your battery is dead. "Not User Replaceable." Its like buying a device with a terminal heart condition. Hold on while I shoot myself in the foot again. The unit cost you

Will PalmOne data on computer syn with HP PDA?

I've had mine for less than 9 months though. The features were great, but there was always something to conquer. Battery didn't last long before it required charging. Then, one day, it just didn't start anymore. Didn't write. Didn't call. Just left me without explanation.
I feel as if I'm just left out there. I'm not feeling Palm. Would NEVER buy another Palm based product.
Once again, I agree... save your money! -
I also don't like palm's customer service. My screen cracked on my zire 71. I am now up the creek without a paddle. But I had my zire 71 for two years and the battery never needed replaced. I want to buy a palm tx or 72. But not if the battery is going to die in nine months. Is it that hard to replace it yourself, couldn't you just go to some tech school and search for a nerd or geek on campus who would be more than happy to swap out batterys for a competitive price, say $50.
