    "Nice features. Reliability & Service worst I have ever seen"

    Pros: Nice features, Palm friendly easy to use. Attractive. If you want a pda this is great, if it works.

    Cons: I have had 3, 2 returned for battery issues (one immediately, the second in less than 2 months). Palm service is undoubtedly the worst in the industry. I have spent HOURS on the phone trying to get resolution to the problem. It would not charge, would
