Pros: Inexpensive. Product battery life has been good for me - 1 year and no problems.
Cons: A backlight would be nice.

Pros: cheap, basic PDA. No problems there
Cons: Battery life leaves much to be desired. I have bought 2 for my company. Both have a battery life of 2-3 days even with minimal use. this is unacceptable. I'll charge it on Friday and by Monday morning it is dead and all the data needs to be resynced.

"Perfect if you just want to get organized"
Pros: Has all you need to get orgainzed. Excellent for entry-level users. Definately beats paper and pen.
Cons: Slow processor. Very low memory. No backlight, annoying to use in poorly lit areas.
