Pros: I've had the E335 for 1 1/2 years and it's been great. The battery lasts me almost a week. It's so slim and lightweight that it's no trouble to take anywhere.
Cons: None so far, but I'm thinking of upgrading to one that has a wireless.

Pros: For me the pros are the ease of sync with Outlook! I could never get the palm synced as well without a lot of tweaks(categories and such. Bought it on Ebay refurbished for $150.00 and it synchs just fine. very happy with it
Cons: Battery life could be a lot better and the screen is not bright enough.

Pros: Dependable, user friendly and like the features. I had to return mine to Toshiba due to a bad screen - they replaced it with no questions asked. I had it back in less than a week after shipping.
Cons: Battery life questionable. Always do a back up or sync just in case.
