Cons bad tech support
Summary I ordered/rcv'd fitbit scale, and have been trying to get it to work for 2 hrs.
There is no tech support phone line.
The on-line material is useless.
I'm reasonably comfortable around computers and home networks and a set-up should not be this painful.
So far, my call on this product is that it is still half baked -
"Do not waste your money on this scale."

Cons Do a search on Fitbit Aria err problem. no fixes. 100's of people are having this problem.

"Great Looking Product, Can't Get it Setup"

Cons Can't get past setup. Tried two different wireless networks. OS X app setup, Iphone App setup, Ipad setup.... refuses to connect to any network.
Summary Still waiting to hear from Support. sigh. I'm quite handy when it comes to networking and my Apple products. It simply seems flawed. I believe the setup doesn't give the wireless network a chance to reconnect to the scale after using it's own aria wifi signal to run the setup on the scale. It gives an error before my laptop has a chance to swap back to the active wireless network.
