    Pros: good marketing

    Cons: bad tech support

    Summary: I ordered/rcv'd fitbit scale, and have been trying to get it to work for 2 hrs.
    There is no tech support phone line.
    The on-line material is useless.
    I'm reasonably comfortable around computers and home networks and a set-up should not be this painful.
    So far, my call on this product is that it is still half baked
