Pros: If you only have one of their products and never need support you might be OK.
Cons: Poor Technical Support. Myself and Fitbit could not get their Aria Scale and Fitbit One to both connect to their website on the same account. Did not respond after a few days.
Summary: I bought the Fitbit One and the Fitbit Aria scale together and I could not get them both to sync to the Fitbit website. I am a highly technical person and understand the technology. I worked with fitbit support and did everything they said (despite some of the tasks seeming to be silly and out of a script). I kept doing things they asked and nothing worked. I also offered to have them connect to my PC and look at the issue but they did not bite. Then they stopped communicating and I told them I would return both products if they did not respond within 24 hours and they did not. I returned both.
I also had problems with the scale not being accurate and giving different readings within a couple of minutes together.
I was very disappointed and it seems like this company does not understand their own product. I get the feeling maybe they are just marketing the products and don't have the technical expertise to fix problems. If not, then they just have poor support. Either way I can't recommend their products.
Maybe if you only have one of their products instead of two and you don't have problems that require their help everything will be fine, but that's not a good situation
