Panasonic ES8103S (shaver)

Summary: I have very sensitive skin and have tried every shaving method there is. I have been wet shaving for over a year using various DE (safety razors). I used to use Braun foil shavers in the past, but never wet and they irritated my neck. The new Panasonic wet/dry shavers are awesome. Using this razor wet, with a quality shave cream or soap, I can actually get a closer shave than with a DE razor and a blade with absolutely no irritation. This is the best bang for the buck electric out there. You can pay more for the self cleaning model (ES8109S) of the very same razor. It is not too hard to put a few drops of soft soap on the razor and turn it on for a few seconds after each use. I love this razor!
