"Full Duplex? But it cuts out..."
Pros: If you are close to the phone, speak confidently, and exercise the practice of taking turns to speak, it works fine.
Cons: Full Duplex to me meant being able to talk while someone else was talking and both being able to hear. The reality is: if one person is talking in the room, the phone speakers cut out and you cannot hear the other side. If the other side is talking, the

Pros: People in conference room with the device can hear you.
Cons: If you are at the other end of the line then you are screwed. There are so many cutoffs that make the device absolutely useless. Its extremely annoying when you hear a sentence, then miss 3-4 words then hear for another sentence then miss another 3-4 wo

"Good for medium sized Conf Room"
Pros: Excellent for ease of use. Better sound quality than some others I have tested. We use 7 of these units in different Conf Rooms within our company. We also have one attached to a multi control box that is used to control our video, DVD and music machines
