"Not a solid product"
Pros: great voice quality. Easy to connect to computer. great range.
Cons: Acts as main computer speaker you get a lot of unwanted computer noise. Not intuative at all. Hard to make calls from the phone
Summary: While the phone was in sleep mode I recieved a call. I got a fatal error which locked the firmware. After that the phone was non responsive. I removed the battery to fix the problem and reset the phone. The phone will now no longer power up. The batteries are fully charged but it won't help. I am trying to resolve the problem with trendnets support but they are not helpful and slow to respond. I bought this one on e-bay and now I feel like I am stuck with garbage because I wouldn't fell moral about selling this to some other poor unsuspecting person. Stay clear of this product for now maybe new generations will be better but this one is just too buggy.

I am having the EXACT same problem, My phone is not even 3 months old & is now Locked Up with a message that says:
********Firmware********
Upgrade mode
V: 1.0.0.36 L:1
Waiting................
It's stuck in that mode with no way to reset it, rendering the phone USELESS & Not Functional. I submitted an on-line support ticket, 3 days later still no reply. Today I called & was told I will get an e-mail in about 20 minutes with a possible solution after they researched for an answer.
I will say that the customer service was GREAT, I promptly got a return call in less than 10 minutes offering to exchange it & directing me how to do it.
I see your review is over a year old, so chances are you have already tossed your phone, but I wanted to say that a full year later, This phone still has bugst & there is no Quick Fix or solution to this problem.
I am thrilled with the opportunity to exchange it, however I anticipate having this problem again in a short time up the road!
