"Product Is Buggy & Still Has Un-fixable Firmware Issues"
Pros: Great Voice Quality. Easy Connectivity To The PC. Terrific Range, Great Customer Support.
Cons: Not Very User Friendly, Hard to make calls to people If they are not already in your skype contact list. Easier to enter contacts in on the computer first. If phone has been recently used your computer will default to the phone as your main speaker!
Summary: My phone is not even 3 months old & is now Locked Up with a message that says:
********Firmware********
Upgrade mode
V: 1.0.0.36 L:1
Waiting................
It's stuck in that mode with no way to reset it, rendering the phone USELESS & Not Functional. I submitted an on-line support ticket, 3 days later still no reply. Today I called & was told I will get an e-mail in about 20 minutes with a possible solution after they researched for an answer.
I will say that the customer service was GREAT, I promptly got a return call in less than 10 minutes offering to exchange it & directing me how to do it.
This phone still has bugs & there is no Quick Fix or solution to this problem.
I am thrilled with the opportunity to exchange it, however I anticipate having this problem again in a short time up the road!
If it was not for the wonderful customer service & offer for an exchange, I'd rate this product a Big Fat Zero, hopefully I just happened to get a LEMON, because if not, then until this known issue is fixed, then chances are it will again!
