iTunes gets an interface refresh (pictures)
With a new intuitive interface and a useful MiniPlayer, iTunes 11 is a worthwhile upgrade.
Browse music
The new iTunes Store interface features big, colorful images as you browse through music and other content.
Movies look inviting
The featured movies (and other content) at the top automatically rotate to the next picture, or you can use arrow buttons to speed it along.
The new album view
The album view gives you colorful album covers that you can click to expand in place so you can check out a track list quickly.
Left navigation pane still there sometimes
In some instances, such as in the Artist view, you still have the left navigation pane to switch through artists.
Get iTunes out of the way
The MiniPlayer is only the small darker gray strip at the top, but you can expand the list below to see what's playing next.
