After you complete the game, allow the Credits to Run, after the final picture Save when Prompted.
you can then load this Clear data (Marked in red on your continue screen) and continue filling out your Prey eaten and Fishing Lure stolen lists.
By collecting all of the lures and prey, Finny will be given a more regal look. This does not seem to have any other effect other than to change his appearance.
