In the computer room of the CORE on SHELL 1 B2, the computer room, shoot E.E's parrot and it says the things a guard says, such as 'Possible Intruder, send backup' thats sort of thing
Different V.R. themeIf you use MGS1 Snake for theV.R. missions you will hear the V.R. theme from MGS1
Tuxedo Snake sneaking themeIf you use Tuxedo Snake on the sneaking missions here will be a different theme
Seagull shootingIf you go outside during the plant chapter, you will see seagulls on most struts. If you shoot these seagulls, they will fall and die. If you shoot enough with a psg1 then rose will call you and tell you to stop shooting defenseless animals and she will call you "a sick freak".
Yoji Shinkawa tag informationWhen first playing as Raiden in the plant chapter, enter the name Yoji Shinkawa into the first node. It will automatically put in all of his statistics.
Hideo Kojima Dog Tag InformationWhen first playing as Raiden in the plant chapter, enter the name Hideo Hiojima into the first node. It will automatically put in all of his statistics.
Ken Ogasawra dog tag infoWhen first playing as Raiden in the plant chapter, enter the name Ken Ogasawra into the first node. It will automatically put in all of his statistics.
The ShaverIf you give snake the shaver at the start of the game, at the end he will be clean shaven. If you do not get the shaver then he will not be shaven at the end of the game.

Guy on toilet from MGS1
When you get to the Shell 1 Core and you're supposed to listen in on a conversation between Solidus and Ocelot, point the Directional Microphone over to the left near the stage and you should hear Johnny from MGS1 talk to himself. It has a hilarious ending.
More gripIf you hang on a ledge and press L2 and R2 you will do a pull-up. If you do enough of these, your grip level will rise. The maximum is level 3.
Enhance Grip Level EasierYou can enhance your grip level by doing 100 pull-ups on a ledge, or you can do 10 drop-and-cathes. To do a drop-and-catch, find two ledges which are parrelel to each other. Hang off the higher ledge, and press X, then repeatedly press Triangle. You should grab on the lower ledge. If you do this 10 times, you get an enhanced grip level. There are 3 total grip levels. Two ideal places to do this are the Tanker's Engine Room, and the Plant's Strut D.
Unlock all Characters for VR MissionsIf you are lucky enough to have The Document of Metal Gear Solid 2, complete all 5 VR Missions. Have this memory card inserted when you select VR Missions on the Substance disk, and you will have all 5 hidden characters unlocked from the get-go. You will have 00% for each character despite finishing the 5 VR Missions on TDoMGS2.
