Pros Variety of races is brilliant. Being able to change the difficulty level on a race basis is brilliant. The realism on the cars is also outstanding, making games like Motorstorm look amateurish
Cons Physics on the crashes is a bit unrealistic. Could definately use some additional competitive racing since ther rally stages are frustrating since you only get 4 time stages.
Summary Overall, this is the most fun I've had with a PS3. The game keeps you coming back and learning more about the various cars. Each car has its own dynamics and jumps, bumps, dips and curves allow you to do handbrake turns, slide around hairpins and race through towns.
It would be nice to have a speedo on the in-cockpit view but the near cockpit view with external speedo is also okay. The landscapes look a little empty when racing since spectators are minimal along most courses. Gran Turismo HD demo seems to do a better job of this so I'll reserve judgement till that comes out
I'm getting Sega Rally Revo next so it will be interesting to see how that compares to Dirt.
