"Fantastic Game with Much more to Come!!!!!" on by SoundMech
Pros: Zipper's license's such as the Socom series has proved their commitment to quality. The shear scale of the world is outstanding, and the graphics provide a crisp graphics experience at 60 fps. Almost an homage to PLANETSIDE, this game is great!
Cons: Complaints about the graphics is purely a taste issue. The character rendering is stylish, and the different Factions wardrobes reflect that. Tech, Punk, and Army Vets make for a interesting Shadow War trio. DLC will be a must!!
Summary: I retooled and reworked homage to SOE's long running MMORPG Planetside, M.A.G. has the makings of a fantastic Shadow War experience. With Sony's recent talk of upcoming fee structures for their PSN network this game has all the ear markings of a cash cow. PSN recent comments about the above and "micro transactions" that seem to be a hit on HOME should most definitely be destined for the MAG universe. Zipper has always offered DLC for their SOCOM series and it shouldn't be any different in a game universe that is extremely addictive and has players fighting for spec/respec points to tool and re-tool their characters. The addition of rotating map scheduled to coincide with instances of the Shadow War, new weapons, clan owned weapons (that can be purchased as a clan, for substantial firepower, but with steeper fees than usually associated with content like this.) Content like this can revolutionize gaming as groups come together in a war game with weapons that individuals other than the financially viable can afford. This way Sony gets a little bit from each player for the good of their gaming group/clan. This game is a must have for Playstation owners who love FPS but have always wanted a lot more satisfaction. MAG fully satisfies!!

"like modernwarfare 2 without the polish" on by Tyme516
Pros: great concept
Cons: could be better if the spent more time making the enviorment better. and the fact it takes n e where from 3 to 20 seconds to respawn sux. If when your character dies your able to respawn quickly then it would not be a problem.
Summary: bottom line for me lol if you want to feel like your at work, forcing yourself to play a $65 game then this is he game for you. i regret ever buying it and am going to sell it as soon as i can and get something else like borderlands or army of 2 40th day
not sure if my 1st review went through so i wrote another one. AND im not a mag hater i waited for this game forever and was one of the first to reserve it. and im pissed.
Thanks

"Good Concept, Average Product" on by MMcKeen
Pros: Big Teams
Large Maps
Quick Game JoinsCons: Confusing Controls
75% of Joined Games are Almost Over
Not Enough Focus on Game PlaySummary: The game is "entertaining" to say the least. Confusing controls, bad hit registration, and "tactical gameplay" is totally missing.
MAG falls short of what was expected. The controls are very strange. Cycling through weapons becomes a real pain when yours trying to switch to a secondary weapons. The game play aspect of the title is the true weakness. Too much time has been taken to make the game a "MMO FPS".
Basically, if you waited for Haze like I did, you were throughly disappointed. MAG made me feel the same way. Lackluster game play and horrible controls make me give this software a 2.5. -
"Amazing Game no other game like it!" on by tannermac11
Pros: I like how it takes actually skill to play this game....unlike call of duty you have to hit the person several times before they die
Cons: The graphics could be better
