Pros Gameplay is smooth and enjoyable. The graphics are amazing. Some of the views in the game were so nice that I wanted to take a picture and try and paint them.
Cons Can get a little campy at times, but mostly pretty good story.
Summary as this game is now a few years old, it can be hard for just a few $$ and it is definitely worth that. I'll most likely buy part 2 after enjoying this one so much. I felt like a bad ass explorer and thoroughly enjoyed the game. It lasts several hours and occasionally stumped me on what to do, but again with it being an older game, the answers are out there.
Pros I really loved this game it came with my 160gb and since it started playing i fell in love with it, beautiful scenarios esay to understand, very challlenging and fun to play
Cons Some levels make ou feel like its imposible to pass , gotta be really patient
Summary If you are looking for a really nice adventure game you can't go wrong with uncharted!
Cons The sequel is not out yet
Summary Just replayed this after nearly a year - found it just as great as the first time. This is definitely one of the games to keep for sheer replay value.
When I first booted this up I was shocked when it started playing - I thought I was still watching the intro movie - but amazingly the same quality of the movie was used in the gameplay.
Looking forward to the sequel.
Pros Great graphics and excellente Gears of war meets Tomb Raider Gameplay , excellent Story phase and very good controls
Cons I wich it were a bit longer
Summary Overral this is the best game i played on the ps3 (havent played MGS4 Yet )
Pros Visually Stunning, Fun Gameplay
Cons Redundant, No Bosses, Redundant
Summary Like Indianna Jones? Like Tomb Raider? Well if they got together, had a baby, and didn't want to tell anyone about it it would be Uncharted: Drake's Fortune. A PS3 platform exclusive, Uncharted lives up to the platform's stunning visual capabilities but is lacking in a compelling story line played out by only semicharismatic characters. At first it's fun to run around in the jungle, jumping from platform to platform, hanging on to everything conceivably graspable, getting lost in the beauty of the graphics. After a while, it's just that: running around in a jungle. With only a small selection of guns (4?) and very few puzzles, the kill all for Uncharted is that there are NO BOSSES for a game that absolutely needs them (ninja gaiden III for ex.). I don't know WHY this game gets such good ratings from both users and critics. In the end, Naughty Dog did a pretty good job a developing a game that is both fun for everyone and visually great as a platform release title. The problem is that for true gamers Uncharted does not qualify as a fantastic adventure game, or a fantastic third person shooter. It's in between, and in this instance the genre cross didn't work as well as it could have.
I'm OUT! - H.A.G.
