Pros: Lots of on line players, cool effects and split screen/online capable
Cons: not many wepons little cartoonish, poeple not propotionate.
Summary: I just got this game and have only played for an hour. My first review of this game is that the controls are hard to learn, there is a tone of action going on at one time. I would defenatly sugest it for any one out there that likes action games, but if you are look ing for a first person shooter experiance this is the wrong game for you.

Pros: Easy to play.
Cons: Physics are a joke! A plane flies head on into a tank and it knocks the tank over and keeps on flying? A plane takes an RPG to the wing but doesn't blow up? Jeeps go over bumps and literally bounce like the tires are made of silly putty.
Summary: Shameful job. The game is definitely not worth $40. I'd pay $5 maybe just to be able to do some cool flips and turns in the plane from time to time, but as a shooter game is terrible.

Pros: Everything
Cons: Nothing, except for the fact is has basically been orphaned.
Summary: Fast paced, action with no room left for rest. This is a brutal game that has stood the test of time and still drags over 25,000 people a day average, and is over 2 years old. 16 vs 16 on huge maps with vehicles that defy normal physics and smash through the battlefield at a pace unattainable by other games. B-e-a-utiful cloud and water effects rendering and one of the best communities on the PS3. People have said this game was gonna die out after CoD4, BC1, Uncharted 2, CoD5, MW2, Bad Company 2, and is still pulling masses of dedicated players and new players alike. Only thing that could possibly out-do this game is a sequal...which isn't likely too happen for a good while.

Cons: CARTOON LIKE GRAPH./ MUCH INFERIOR TO BATTLEFIELD 2
Summary: Coming from xbox live and played battlefield 2 for over 400 hours, this game really disapoints... There is no comparison between warhawk and cod4 or battlefield 2 on the 360... graphics are subpar, with cartoon like images... unrealistic... not much detail like the above mentioned games...
You can right away tell that the budget and quality which went into this game is uncomparable to those of Cod4 or bf2...
its probably ok young kids... 11 - 15.. but if you dont have to, skip this game... pay a little more and get cod4 or wait until battlfield bad company comes out...
i am also very disapointed that ps3 hasnt brough over battlefield 2 as the xbox360 has it... that is the most amazing game ever created... even better than cod4... -

Pros: Fun, once you get used to the controls
Cons: No single player mode
Summary: I downloaded the game for $39. A great price point that I would like to see more games establish. At first I was disappointed with no single player mode, but that quickly went away. When you first start playing, expect die, A LOT. Once you learn the game, it is fun. Set people up with mines, blow them up with a tank or take to the air. No regrets buying this game.
