The Bottom Line	The Graphire3 is worth its steep price if you're heavily into editing digital images; otherwise, stick with a mouse.		Its $200-plus price tag might surprise you, but Wacom's new Intuos3 Tablet makes it easy for anyone to draw or write accurately on a computer.	Multitouch in place of a mouse may not appeal to pro designers, but the Bamboo Fun Pen and Touch is an excellent choice for mobile users who want to begin dabbling with art tools.	With a beautiful and more functional new design, Wacom's Intuos4 tablet demonstrates that a lack of competition doesn't necessarily keep you from innovating.
