"This thing is so much better Than the first"
Pros: supports 802.11G and much better build
Cons: No car kit yet
Summary: I got this yesterday from Best Buy and Sirius has hit a homer with this one,802.11 B,G,smaller build,built in charge light next to on off switch,built in 2GB of memory and you can add up to 8 GB in mini SD card.The finish on the radio is the same as the Motorola Z3 and it is a solid feel to it not that flimsy plastic feel of the 100.The antenna headphones are made by Altec Lansing and are so much better than the first headphones that came with the 100 they are really a comfortable fit and work well.There is also a new menu setup and you can make the menu read out larger if you are as blind as me.There are many new changes and I have to say it sounds great with either WiFi or the antenna headphones!
Now for the down side they have not got the car kit released yet and Sirius told me it would be three weeks before it is released,and the old car kit will not work with this new version and the old home kit will not work with it either but that is a small price to pay for the MUCH improved radio.I have to say go check it out at Best Buy and see for yourself how much different it is I thing that you will be as suprised as I was.I have to say I will not miss the old 100 I had so much trouble with it I had it replaced four times in six months and so I was really glad that this has finally been released,I think that they have really worked the bugs out of this but time will tell!!
