good picture and sound but no battery life.
Pros: The sound (with headphones) is really good! Picture is also good it's comfortable to hold.
Cons: There is a problem with this models ability to hold a charge for more than 7 minutes.
I got the dvd player at a huge discount, and since I like it in general, I chose to buy an external dvd battery for 30.00 and hope it worked with this model... It worked!!!!! I am now getting 6 hours of runtime from every charge.
If you have this model, can't get it to hold a charge, and don't want to buy another dvd player, try buying a Energizer external dvd battery.

nice little unit, Does NOT last
Pros: very small, plays many formats, does not skip when walking or getting banged around
Cons: It does not last long the unit goes south quickly
BUT! Within a few months time two units the batteries just quit. Then within six months another unit the previous and next buttons stopped working. within ten months two other units start skipping and pausing after a half hour of use. then the last one the screen seems to loose some power because it starts to get dim. The last thing i noticed is that three of the units the video output does not work and two units the video input does not work. Audiovox was more than willing to repair the units but once they passed the warranty period thats it you pay. They are not worth repairing it is cheaper to buy a new one.
