"Hardly worked, poor customer service."
Pros: ... ? Never worked once, then tried to navigate Polaroid's customer "service" website and phone system. It looked cool-- wide screens, jet black...
Cons: Piece of garbage. I will NEVER buy polarioid ANYTHING again, though the "cuss"tomer service helped with that decision.
Summary: Lots of features, all the wires needed to get it rolling, easy to put together and setup. However, it never worked, so I can't tell you anything about the quality of the picture, sound, gaming device, none of it.
Then, when looking for help, I discovered there is no customer service phone number, the website for customer service answer nothing, and I had to wait two days for a form email telling me to check the FAQs on the website (which I had already done, of course), before calling a number that didn't work. I then had to call a different number from a second email, which got me exactly no where. Don't waste your time buying this piece of garbage, and if Polaroid ever asks for a government bailout, make sure you raise holy heck, because that company ought to go out of business for peddling such a bucket of trash and not standing behind it all.
