"Terrible Product"
Pros: I like nothing about this product
Cons: The first unti I purchased failed after 1 week. The second lasted 3 days outside of the 90 day warranty. It stops and starts whenever it feels like it. The second sceene has stopped working. My 3 children are very upset.
Summary: My second unit failed 3 days outside of the warranty. I called the "customer service" department and was told that they would gladly replace the unit for $100. Even though to their own admission it should last at least 1-2 years. The unit cost me $250 3 months ago, and is now available for $139, and they are going to charge me $100 for replace it with no guarantee of how long it will work. Awful service, awful product. Would not recommend it to my worst enemy!!!!!!
