Pros: it has no country restriction as fas disc usage, it plays WMA files (you can burn a cd with 200 songs on it and it'll play it! the stand actually works on the back there is a locking mechanisim! it takes a beating i have had mine for 2 years and still run
Cons: can scratch easily if you don't use the case, speakers could use more umph! (more base) needs another headphone jack!

Pros: Headrest holder/mount is perfect for kids in the back seat. Comes with everything, too: travel kit and case, car and wall chargers, remote control, etc.
Cons: The screen resolution, brightness, and overall clarity are not the best. Shiny black plastic shows ALL finger prints.
Summary: This is pretty much an all around great player. We used it on a recent trip and used it in the car (for music, and to keep the kids in the back seat happy with a movie), in the hotel (plugged into the TV to watch a DVD), and on the airplane (for a movie and some music).
The headrest mount is ideal for in-car use. The typical "fold open" style players are impossible to position anywhere in a car and this solves that problem by mounting the player to the back of a headrest. This way, it's in clear view of everyone in the back of the car and best of all, no one has to hold it!
It plays CD's and MP3's too, and we've attached an FM transmitter (not included with the DVD player) to it and played the music and DVD audio through the car's radio/speakers. Very nice!
Aside from the less than perfect screen, this is a very good player, especially if it's mostly for the kids. -

Pros: Nice product but read the Cons.
Cons: No longer supported by RCA, at least you cannot buy replacement parts such as a battery. RCA customer is service is so bad that I was yelled at over the phone by a supervisor!
