"terrible product"
Pros: picture quality (when there is one). 3D headphone sound
Cons: screen blanks out. turns blue. buttons don't always work
Summary: I bought the DVD player 2 days ago from UBid.com. The system I got was refurbished. I tried 3 different clean DVD's. None of them worked. 3'rd DVD would only play the show's preview and not the show. The screen would turn blank out and turn blue after the final preview. All 3 DVD's were clean, free of defects and worked fine on the home unit.The speakers are weak. Turned up all the way, without the headphones, the sound was difficult to hear. The return policy from Ubid.com is terrible. I purchased the extended 1 year warrenty yet I still have to wait 48 hours for them to make a warrenty decision to replace my money, or give me another defective unit. I see myself contacting the Better Business Bureau in a couple of days
