"Looks Great But......"
3.0 starson by jetsaflPros: Sound, Style
Cons: No AM/FM Radio
Summary: Looks great and from the review it sounds like it's got good sound and lots of features. BUT why not include and AM / FM radio? Why hasn't anyone made an iPod Boombox with an AM / FM Radio. Seems like a logical combination to me. DLO did, but from what I've read it's only FM and the sounds is awful.

If you want an AM/FM radio that bad, you can buy a small walkman, use the audio import 1/8" miniplug jack on the back of the iM7 and then you have your radio.

I am buying an iM7 because I love my iM3 and I wanted a little more boom. I am buying this product because of the obvious clever interface between iPod and speakers. This product will also charge my iPod while it is plugged in, which is a key selling point for me. I listen to iPod through headphones en route to work. While at work, I listen to iPod on speakers, while iPod is charging. When I am ready to leave, iPod is fully charged and ready to go.

If you want and AM/FM radio boombox, go buy one, you will save quite a bit of money, and if you look carefully you can find an AM/FM boombox with an audio input so you can use your iPod with it.

People buy the iM7 because they want the best.

No AM/FM needed to clutter up the futuristic looks of the IM7. All your favorite music should already be on your IPOD anyway!
