"Nice speakers if you have an ipod"

by mkoehne on May 19, 2008

Pros: Decent sound, a bit on the large side.

Cons: Non-ipods owners BEWARE! Major pain to insert/remove MP3 player or ipod.

Summary: I bought 2 of these from Woot, one for my iRiver H10 and one for my son's ipod nano. Tried it with my iRiver 1st. Sound is good up to about 3/4 volume. Decent bass response. Beyond that volume, VERY buzzy. And if I strap the H10 into it, I can't access the on/off or song scroll buttons. Sooooo... It's sorta worthless...

Son's ipod fits nicely, sounds decent, and is fairly well protected by the case..
