"Very disappointing and frustrating experience. Customer service line will not pick up emails ignored"
Pros: looked nice and worked for just over a month
Cons: broke just over a month after purchase, when I tried REPEATEDLY to contact their customer service line, trying every voice option offered, no one EVER answered and no one responded to me emails either
Summary: No one answers their customer service line, although I've tried EVERY option possible and let the phone ring for over 1/2 hour on each option...no response to emails sent for assistance either. I'm stuck with a pricey (250.00) unit that failed just after the one month store warranty expired and ISYMPHONY has left me high and dry. I WARN ANYONE CONSIDERING PURCHASING FROM THIS COMPANY TO STEER CLEAR!!!
