"New company, weak product, no support."
Pros: It's a good idea.
Cons: It ceases to work and there is no recourse.
Summary: I don't want to just repeat what others have said, but my experience with this product was not satisfactory. After six months the USB reader stopped working, and soon after the CD player stopped recognizing CD's.
The only contact information I have is the customer service number in the manual, and the company never answers even during business hours. I tried their registration site:
http://www.myisymphony.com/register
and no browser on any platform (Windows, Linux, Mac) can open the page. It seems to me the company has recently gone under.
If you buy this product, you may get a good one like some of the other review writers expressed, but there's no telling how long it will last.
