"Awesome sound - my opinion - better than Bose Sounddock"
Pros: This unit has fantastic sound and plenty of power. I am going to buy another one so I can try out the wireless feature. I'll keep you posted!
Cons: Price is always an issue with Klipsch products - find one used or catch a sale - you won't be disappointed.

"It doesn't work - the iPod dock will not open"
Pros: Nothing - we cannot get it to work
Cons: The iPod docking drawer will not open. We've been gently pushing on the Logo for an hour and nothing...the White Glove 800 service number states that service is available until 8pm...we called at 7pm Eastern time - available 8-5
