Summary: For the 1-1/2 inch tweeter speaker, it puts out. If you want base from this $20.00, or any speaker of this size, it will not be there. Travel speakers are just that! Hooked in with my Sony MP3 NWZ-S616F, the sound is encredible with nice volume. I bought mine at Target for $20.00
