"works great!"
Pros: small, light, decent sound, active and passive mode
Cons: the switch is tight
Summary: Perfect for my notebook and mp3/mp4 player. Without turning on the power it can still deliver loud and good quality sound. I can also turn on the power to boost weak sound. The only complaint is the tight active/passive switch. It gets stuck in a position that no active nor passive sound comes out. But then, I hardly need to turn the power on, so I'll just keep it in off.
