Pros: listen to music while reading eBook, share photos, listen to book, watch movie, a DVR for the bedroom.
Cons: Rocker switches take some time to learn. Not a go anywhere MP3 player.

"Having had an archos before it is easy for me to compare this model to my last (being the av500)."
Pros: Large screen with sharp picture quality, interesting icons, easy to use selection screens.
Cons: The speaker is barely goes loud enough to hear, there is no charger outside of the usb 2.0 connection to your computer
