Pros: If you don't need customer service it has alot of great capabilities and features
Cons: Screen too large/bad customer service
Summary: I have had the same problem since I got my unit. The DVR will not switch channels on its own. If I set the TV scheduler and turn off the TV on channel 31 - it will record everything I've set at the correct times but it will record them off channel 31! Maddening! And I've called and emailed customer service over and over. Sometimes they will answer within 2 days and other times I have to keep resending them emails until they respond. The worst time was having to contact them 5-6 times over the course of 3 weeks before they even responded. Then not even a "I'm sorry for the delay" or "I'm sorry you're having trouble" just do this and this. Well...even wiping out the whole system and restarting it with new firmware hasn't fixed the problem! Maddening! Time to send it back for a refund!!
