"Useless product"
Pros: Great picture and audio quality
Cons: You can't sort music by album, artist etc.,no proper manual, heavy, horrible user interphase, outdated windows, stylus is a must
Summary: I returned the product in 2 days. It is so sad that you can't sort music depending on artist, album etc. in a $600 player. Even a simplest MP3 player has those features. When I called the customer care they have no clue why that feature is not included.
