Summary: A pretty good device, running windows media center which in my opinion is one the best firmware out there. One of the most simple interfaces I have ever worked with. The video quality is a little pixalated but to far that's the only problem I had with it. I had it for over 2 years and I am not going to swap it! I had to repair the screen (I accidentally broke it) and paid $250 to fix it. Creative Custumer service is pretty bad (waited 6 months till they could repair it) and the price of repairing is high.
