Pros: Simple User interface, plays videos (if that counts)
Cons: Doesn't work for more than two months max, it's fat, it's firmware is from 2004, freezes.
Summary: This was my baby. I got it back in September, and I've had to send it in 5 times since then. Lucky for me, I got the extended two year plan. They refuse to give me a refund, and each time I send it in, I lose two weeks of my time. They also refuse to refund me, though they are losing money. I don't mind sending it every time because I know ultimately, it's them missing out on money. I don't understand why, but I have always loved Creative and I have had multiple products of theirs. This one was majorly overlooked by Creative I think. Maybe, hopefully, the Vision was better. I haven't used one, but this one is always broken so I don't even get to use it most of the time. Their customer service is okay, but usually play retarted. If you are thinking about getting one of these, think about all the faulty hard drives I've gotten. 5. 5 faulty hard drives. I can hardly blame how unlucky I am because I got a bad hard drive, because it's happened five times. Just look at Creative's support forums. It's flooded with PMC problems.
NOTE: I am not sure how it works if you use it occassionaly. I use mine every day. As you can tell, I have had many problems with it. Maybe it wasn't made to be used often, but for my use, it was garbage. Good luck on your shopping.
