Summary: This is an fantastic Personal Video Player at a very reasonable price(came with a $250 MIR from Creative).
The picture is very clear and I need not mention about creative's sound quality. The equalizer however is not customizable and the presets do not suffice my personal choice. It has amazing video quality, supports .wmv but the s/w provided with it also converts .avi to .wmv before loading it. The synchronization is very fast. (A 600MB wmv loads in 1-2mins; avi however will take about 4-5mins for conversion and 1-2mins for loading). It also has a/v port so you can watch ur videos on big screen(both NTSC/PAL).
The best feature that creative can boast about is the battery life. It gave me 6 1/2 hrs of batter for videos. Great for travelling.
In a nutshell the Creative PMC is a great basic PVP for the price.
