"Never able to load the software."
Pros: Great device for child. Size and capability appears to be great, at a good price.
Cons: Instruction booklet print is so small, it is almost impossible to read. Never was able to load the software.

"Daughter loves it!! Very entertaining for her."
Pros: Her and I sat in our vehicle and watched a movie, while hubby ran a half marathon in the rain. She uses it for music all the time and occasionally for videos.
Cons: The only drawback is the small memory, but you can add some!
