"Improvements needed."
Pros: Nice screen, help button.
Cons: Picky about Video type, M3U database doesn't work.
Summary: Well, I got this as a birthday present, but I am not completely satisfied--even though I had picked it out myself. I guess I did not do enough homework on the device itself. I did get it for a good price though.
Internal speaker and screen is nice. But some of the functionality within the unit does not seem to be as user friendly.
Even after converting some video file into the formats accepted, I still ran into some issues. Some did work though.
The random play for the MP3s, seem to repeat itself some.
Buttons are sensitive to pulse timing.
FM radio only works with headphones connected. Even then reception seem to be medium to poor. The scan did not pick up some of my local stations that I usually listen to.
Overall, I just wish that the unit was a little more user friendly.
