Pros: easy to use
Cons: can't transfer video to portable devices
Summary: Sansa is coming out with the Sansa View mp3 player any day now, they launch a video download site, and you can't transfer videos from the site to the sansa view???!!! How dumb is that. The review says that feature is coming, but here is an email from sansa customer service on the topic:
"The videos from FanFare are .SMBV and are not compatible with any of the Sansa line of mp3 players."
Tease, tease, tease, thats all these companies do when it comes to putting out a true ipod/itunes alternative. They continue to give just bits and pieces vs the full feature set. And then they wonder why Apple owns the marketplace.
