  • "awful product, even worse support from toshiba"

Pros: none. did not work long enough for me to properly evaluate

Cons: windows media player is difficult to work with, battery died qickly in the cold, product died after three months

Summary: I received this product as a gift 3 months ago, and the LCD developed cracks in it last week. It won't work anymore. I called Toshiba about warranty support, and was told that it was physical damage. Ironically, I've never dropped or banged the product. Maybe the cold, I don't know. What I do know is that when it worked, media was difficult to manage and the battery would die quickly when I was skiing. Now the LCD is dead, yet there is no damage to the exterior of the unit. Toshiba will not cover the defective product under their warranty. Thanks Toshiba, thumbs up to your crappy product and even worse support. Last time I buy Toshiba.
