Pros: Cost and ergonomics.
Cons: Poor support and bad software.
Summary: I have had one for six months and it has been returned/replaced four times. There is no way to perform a full reset and restore on the software and hard drive, so if something gets corrupted on the drive the only solution is full replacement. I am on my fifth apparent corruption today and I am finished--I'll get something else--anything else!
